I’m Rosalind Green. I retired early because I wanted to “do my own thing.” I’ve had many lived and learned experiences in my life, and started over more than once. Now I’m sharing what I’ve learned as I build my own next chapter, and helping other women see the possibilities in theirs.

Maybe retirement gave you freedom. But freedom still needs direction.

You Know You Aren’t Finished. You Just Haven’t Named What Comes Next.

For years, so much of our identity came from the career, the business, the children, the responsibilities, and the people who needed us.

Then life changes. The kids grow up. The career ends. The calendar gets quieter. And sometimes the money looks different too.

Maybe you are enjoying retirement and still feel a quiet pull to do something meaningful.

Maybe you would welcome extra income, but you don't want another boss, another full schedule, or a business that destroys the peace you worked so hard to create.

Maybe people have always come to you for advice, encouragement, answers, or a listening ear, but you've never considered that what comes naturally to you might be useful to someone else.

And maybe you have so many stories, skills, and ideas that choosing one place to start feels harder than it should.

You don’t need to have all of it figured out. You only need to recognize that you didn’t arrive here empty-handed.

I know what it feels like to ask "what now"?

I retired from corporate America at 49. Since then I’ve led teams, written books, taught, coached, learned new technology, and changed direction more than once. Then my husband and I left California for the Dallas area, and I found myself asking new questions all over again.

There is a difference between being free and being finished!

I wanted the peace I had earned. I also still wanted to create, help people, and earn in ways that still felt like me. That’s why I built The Wisdom Lane.

The Wisdom Lane is the home for helping women 60 and up turn lived experience into a clear message, meaningful work, and, when they choose, income that fits their lives.

We look at your stories, knowledge, and hard-won lessons. We find where those things can help someone else. Then you choose a starting avenue: Speak, Write, or Teach.

You can start with one. The others can come later.

You’re Allowed to Want Meaning and Money

Extra income can mean breathing room after retirement. It can also come from work that uses what you know, helps someone else, and protects the freedom you worked for.

We’re talking about a message people can trust and a useful offer when you’re ready. No promise of get rich by midnight tomorrow results. Just one honest step at a time.
